Healium Ltd was formed in 1999, as a sister company of Mark Holt & Co, our accounting practice, and only recently changed into a LLP (we take on our own Tax advice!) We had been undertaking business development work for many years before this, so much so that it came to the point where we needed to separate it from our core business.
Our specialism is helping businesses through periods of change. Sometimes that is a business in trouble, but it can be businesses looking to grow and develop, perhaps through buying others. It also covers those looking to sell or pass on to the next generation of family or management. Most of our clients are simply looking to become more financially successful. If your business is changing then we can help.
We have no idea how we might be able to help your business YET, but our work has helped some organisations to survive where they would have failed, some where we have added over £1m to their value, and some where we have added over £1/2m to their annual profits and all of whom have a business which is much more enjoyable to be in.
